To use: After cleansing, allow skin to become saturated in shower for about 5-10 minutes. Gently buff wet skin in circular motions with the mitt until you see the dead skin cells begin to slough off. Repeat this process all over the entire body until you are completely exfoliated. Rinse skin thoroughly and pat dry with a towel.

If you are exfoliating to prep for self tanning or a spray tan, be sure the skin is free of oils, lotions, deodorants, perfumes, and makeup prior to tanning. If self tanning, I recommend applying a thin layer of lotion to the hands and feet about 8 hours prior to applying self tan. Do not shower or shave immediately before or within 8 hours of tanning. Fresh skin is a good canvas to start with for tanning. However, if it’s too fresh, the tan will not adhere correctly. After you use a moroccan kessa mitt to exfoliate, you will wonder how you ever lived without it. I recommend moisturizing the skin with marula or argan oil and use this mitt to exfoliate once a week, or when you are ready to remove your self-tan or spray tan. This mitt is reusable. Avoid the eye area. Not for use on damaged or broken skin. Keep out of reach of children. Gently hand wash mitt with mild detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry.
